You all are stupid. Don’t you see, Tengku Ibrahim has built this company since long ago and obviously knows what he’s doing with its finances. Instead of being saved from icurring company debts, Petra Perdana is now in the hands of people who will sap all the wealth of the company. These rebelious directors have merely done what they have in pursuit of a power struggle (not to mention hiding their own secrets of pocketing unaccounted figures that have been mysteriously white washed) What has happened to the Petra Group is sad, and the corrupt nature of Malaysian business has won yet again, flourishing from the ignorance of the misled public shareholder.

I always believe that the parties calling for the EGM, as the last resort after all attempts to settle the matter amicably and internally, failed. Obviously, the wrong doer will never want his/her wrong doing to be out in the open. In other words, the party who brought this matter into the open really have nothing to hide and want the matter to be resolved.

Petra perdana share has been deteriorating for quite some time – this is the main motive for calling the EGM. The Chairman’s move to suspend the majority of Petra Perdana’s management is a precarious move. Seemed like something has been cooking for quite sometime and the suspension of the majority of the directors seemed so precarious….

We applaud the directors actions to put things to the open and exert pressure on the directors to be more transparent and accountable.
