Dubai World just announced it will be paying back all trade creditors. LCL is a contractor with large amounts due from its work at the Palm Atlantis, Dubai Metro and Burj Dubai Hotel. This is good news for LCL and its creditors.

I think the time to buy LCL is soon. But I haven’t analysis its financial statement. But its price is very low now, 0.14. Who knows it has reached botton or not.

I think the company management is quite ok but the financial status of the company is not that strong though good prospect of contracts from overseas.

I suggest that you keep an eye on this shares…Personally, I believe it is an “outperform” business.
